The hosts, Helen and Shane, were exceptional - welcoming, friendly, and always willing to help. the location was peaceful, with easy access to beautiful beaches and coastline for hiking and cycling adventures. The accommodation itself was charming and stylish, with a lovely garden and patio to enjoy the late evening sun. the king-size bed was incredibly comfortable, and the bathroom with a shower was perfect for our needs. We were even provided with fresh milk for our tea and coffee - a thoughtful touch. Helen and Shane's knowledge of the area was invaluable, and their recommendations for local sights and restaurants were spot-on. We enjoyed exploring Kingsbridge and Salcombe, as well as relaxing at South Milton beach just a short drive away. Overall, our experience at the Unique Thatched Retreat was top-notch.
